“The songs on this playlist have really grown over the past 2 years. It started of as a list that was based on music I used to work out to in high school. It has expanded with more music I like to lift to over the years.”
How do you choose songs for the playlist?
The playlists I have made, all root from emotion, that’s what music is to me! The songs on this list specifically have been chosen because they either motivate me, bring out a more aggressive side of me (which you kinda need in the gym. Lol), or they keep me focused.
What are some of your favorite tracks?
I don’t have one. However, I tend to gravitate towards harder artist such as Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Godsmack, etc..
Anything else you want people to know?
Music is an emotion. I love many different genres. You have to love what you listen to, because on some level, even if only for a short moment, the emotion of the artist may match how you feel.
