Na Bad

Na Bad

Meet Gabriel, a 17 year old Spotify playlist curator from Campinas, Brazil…
“I am a normal student who dreams of being a lawyer (somewhat influenced by parents and series), I have been in touch with music since I was 6 years old playing the keyboard, and today I can play: Piano (my favorite), keyboard, guitar, ukulele, electric guitar and drums (starting). I love listening to music, I'm that person who always has a headset searching for new songs. My twitter is @ghelardi_71”

When & why did you make your playlist?

I made my playlist right after I heard Gnash's song "i hate u, I love u" in 2017, this song made me feel really "shaken" but not like I'm really sad, but a feeling of understanding the pain of others , and with that feeling in my chest was what motivated me to create the playlist "na bad" with songs that could transmit this vibe.

Describe your playlist. Perfect situation(s) for jamming include:

A calm playlist for quiet and even sad moments.

What was the best concert you've ever attended and why? (Include as many details as you'd like: city / venue / when / with whom...)

To be honest, I never went to a concert.

What kind of music / artists did you grow up listening to?

I grew up listening to "chorão" (which translates to crybaby) a Brazilian musician who had a rock band, but some of his songs were very calm and quiet (so much so that some of his songs are in my playlist).

Who are your all-time favorite artists and why?

That's a really hard question... I think maybe Bruno Mars or Ed Sheeran.
