Meet Francisco, a music lover from Chile

“I grew up with a labor worker called “Paola” - Paola would always bring the best energy out when cleaning and would always play different music moods. This is a playlist inspired on her / home labor.

What music did you grow up listening to as a young kid?

Placebo, The Cure, Depeche Mode as well as alternative acts like Javiera Mena, Alex Anwandter, Denver.

What is the best concert you’ve ever been to?

Sam Smith @ Lollapalooza Chile 2019. I was with my boyfriend, Vicente holding hands when we listened to “lay me down”. Life stopped then.

I appreciate his constant support towards the LGBTQ+ community. An outstanding show and experience I’ll never forget.

Do you play any instruments? If no, which instrument do you wish you could play?

I went to music school for 7 years for the violin, I was 9 when I joined. I like to play when I’m stressed out or when I need an outlet for my emotions.

What artist, dead or alive, who would you interview and why?

Ariana Grande. I love her, she’s a goddess. I’d love to talk to her in regards to her views on feminism and the LGBTQ+ community, I don’t think there’s an interview where she shares her opinion in these subjects.

Name your top 3 favorite artists?

Answer: Ariana Grande, Tom Chaplin, Olly Alexander
