Meet Dov Zavado, a music lover from London.
“I love music and am passionate about discovering music that my friends are not aware of.I recently launched a new website and social media accounts. Indie Top 39 will be part of the community of independent artists as they deserve to be heard.

Let's spread the indie vibe together!”

What music did you listen to growing up as a kid?

While growing up in Lithuania I discovered MTV TOP 20 (early '93) and been following music charts ever since (stopped a few years ago and started my own chart as official music charts no longer represented good music).

If you were a singer, what current living artist would you love to collaborate with?

I am a singer and the list is endless. I'd say different collaborations for different moods. At the moment I'd love to collaborate with Edward Sansom (have duet in mind). My dream come true would be to work with Michael Cretu (Enigma).

Do you play an instrument? If no, what instrument would you love to learn?

I used to play violin, piano and flute. That's in the past. I'd love to learn how to play guitar and ukulele.

What is the best concert you've ever been to?

Listening to Sigur Ros at the Heineken Open’er festival in Poland (2006).

What is your favorite quote?

"Say It's Possible" - Terra Naomi

Name your top 3 favorite artist and why?

Enigma (the best music ever created, loved absolutely everything Michael Cretu produced), Bjork (one of a kind visionary that I had a chance to see live twice), Florence + The Machine (love love love her and would die to see her perform at the Royal Albert Hall).

If you could interview any artist, dead or alive, who would you interview and why?

There are so many artists on my list. At the moment I am more drawn to independent artists and I am interviewing them. (watch my blog for the interviews).
