Meet Kiwi_XX, a curator from Spain.
“I love making playlists for all sort of moments and occasions. One day I realized I didn't have one for that moment when you're with someone you like and there's chemistry between you two and well... it's basically meant to be a making out (among other things) playlist. Although now I listen to it all the time even when I'm alone just feeling myself.”
What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?
Well, I think that preference changes all the time for me. Since every artist is different I don't expect the same from everyone. If I'm listening to Daddy Yankee I don't need deep lyrics, just a nice beat I can dance to, sometimes I feel more like being a drama queen and crying to Adele's words. I also let myself go often with instrumental songs. So I don't know, it swings along my mood, it doesn't have to be black or white.
If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)
As a queer person myself I'd love to have a conversation with Freddie Mercury and just let him talk to me for hours about his vision on life.
Who is your favorite artist?
Right now I'm obsessed with Brendon Urie from Panic! At the disco but I can't really choose just one favourite.
