Meet Mathilde Kåsa, 23 years old from Norway.
“I studied French in 2015 got introduced to Édith Piaf's songs, which i enjoyed very much. At the same time I read a book called "Chasing the scream" which mentioned Billie Holiday. I found her songs very interesting as well. Then I mixed a lot of my grandmothers favorites and there you have it!”
This is a tough question. I don't think I have just one favorite artist, it changes due to the season and which mood I am in etc.
If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
There's too many! But I am going to say 1975 at a festival in Norway a few years ago.
Do you play any instruments? If not, any you would love to learn?
I played the piano when I was younger, but I don't play anymore. I would love to start playing again though.
Do you have a life slogan?
What is the most annoying song in the world?
Generally, the songs which have been on the top 100 for too long. I often tend to listen too much to one song, and then I get tired of the song pretty quick.
What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?
Music! I think it's more important for a song to have good rhythm because you can feel like a Goddess at the dance floor! :)))
