Meet Bas van den Eersten, 26 years old from the Netherlands, Amsterdam.
“At first it started out as a playlist for myself. Then Dodger (Brooke Thorne) started using it as her go to list for Twitch stream music. It blew up and the rest is history.”

Name one of your favorite albums of all time?

Well it's very hard to choose between all the good ones, But if I have to pick two  it'll have to be 'Hand Built By Robots' and 'Rebuilt By Humans' both from Newton Faulkner. Those two albums really dragged me through high school. They mean the world to me.

What is the best concert you've ever been to?

As much as I like Newton Faulkner, the absolute BEST mindblowing concert I've been to was from this group called 'Beach House'. Incredible music, amazing performance, I legit cried multiple times during that concert!

Do you play any instruments? If no, which instrument do you wish you could play?

I play the Piano and I've collaborated with multiple talented artists to make some music. If you like the videogame stuff, check out Besso0 on Spotify!

Name your top 3 favorite artist and why?

Oh man, I have so many favorites! Right now I heavily vibe with the song 'Skip' from the band 'SuperParka', the harmonies in this song are off the charts fantastic!  Other good songs by them are 'Girl' and 'Fame' but 'Skip' is my all time favorite at the moment. A favorite artist must be the group 'Louis the Child'. I've been following them since the start and they've grown into a big name. Favorite song from them by far is 'Better Not' with 'Love Is Alive' and their remix of 'Broken Record' by 'SoySauce' and Joni Fatora'. Last but not least a group I came across in 2017 named 'Zoology'. Their song 'Maroon' was my introduction to them, it was their third single I believe. I was instantly hooked by the fantastic glitchyness they have going on and her voice! Fantastic find! I love all of their songs.
