Chill, Aesthetic Songs

Meet Alva, all the way from Sweden!
“I made this playlist because I liked this kind of music but couldn't find any existing playlists that were any good. Most of them had boring songs or songs that were too similar, and that's when I thought of creating my own.”

What is the soundtrack to your life?

Things Happen - Dawes

Favorite artist?

I listen to such different genres of music that it's hard to pick just one, but I've always listened to, and really love, "Fleetwood Mac" and "The Neighbourhood."

If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)

Louis Tomlinson, 100%.

What is the best concert you have ever been to?

I think as a concert and performance wise, the One Direction concert at the O2 arena was the best, but I should mention that it's tied with the Eminem concert simply because Eminem is such a legend.

Do you have a favorite quote?

"Your now is not your forever" - John Green. It keeps me hopeful and humble.

Do you play any instruments? If not, any you would love to learn?

I play some guitar, but I would love to play the piano. It's such a beautiful instrument. Unfortunately, pianos take a lot of space and playing it takes a lot of practice.

Do you have a life slogan?

"Everything happens for a reason". It sounds cliché, but it helps me get over mistakes and feel less anxious about things. In the end, everything turns out exactly how it's supposed to be.

What is the most annoying song in the world?

People will hate me for this but "Truth Hurts" - Lizzo just gets on my nerves every time I hear it.

What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?

The music is more important to me because that's what I'll actually be listening to. I always appreciate well-composed music with experimental parts. The music catches my attention first. I can listen to a song for the music if the lyrics are bad, but I can't listen to a song just for the lyrics if I don't like the music. Of course, the best scenario is that they are both well done!
