Meet Frederic Krantz, from Lugano Switzerland, currently living in Lund, Sweden.
“I started to train in boxing and needed a training playlist. Most of the ones that existed were just too specified in certain genres such as metal, rock or rap. I wanted to make a list that wasn't too focused on one genre. In this playlist, there is Hip-hop, R&B, Punk, Metal, Instrumental electronic, and even some Post-rock.”

What’s one quote you live by?

I don't think I live by any quote but this one I think about a lot.

“The psychotic drowns in the same waters in which the mystic swims with delight.” -Joseph Campbell

“Lesser Known Good” Nym

“Clear blue sky” Followed By Ghost

What’s the most memorable show you’ve been to?

Never really been too many shows.

Which artist do you think had the best album last year?

Greta Van Fleet with the album “Anthem of the Peaceful Army”.

What music did you grow up listening to?

Almost all. Hip-hop, Rock, Metal, Punk, House, Contemporary Classical, and Classical. The one genre that struck me the most is Post-rock. It's amazing how many different feelings and states one can get just from one great Post-rock song.

Which artist would like to meet and why?

The movie composer Clint Mansell, because the soundtrack in the movie “The Fountain” is just out of this world.
