Meet Meghan Worley, 22 years old from Michigan.
“I first signed up for Spotify in 2017 when my friend and I started the Insanity workout program together. We wanted to make a workout playlist that motivated us to get through each video. I also really enjoy taking Zumba classes, so some of my favorite songs from those classes ended up on the playlist as well. ”
What is the soundtrack to your life?
I wouldn't really say that I have a soundtrack to my life, but one album that I always come back to is Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway album. It was the first CD I ever owned, and I know every word by heart. It's a good jam.
Definitely Maluma. Reggaeton is my favorite type of music to listen to.
If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)
Probably Maluma. He's bilingual so I could ask him questions in Spanish and English. I would be super nervous though.
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
Blake Shelton's concert in the University of Iowa's stadium. It was super fun, and he was so funny on stage.
Do you have a favorite quote?
“I am not the same having seen the moon shine on the other side of the world.” ― Mary Anne Radmacher
Do you play any instruments? If not, any you would love to learn?
I used to play piano, and in middle school I played the flute in band. I don't play either anymore, though I would love to pick up piano again.
Do you have a life slogan?
It is what it is.
What is the most annoying song in the world?
I'm not a bin fan of Bruno Mars' music. He's a great person, I just don't usually prefer to listen to his songs.
What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?
Music. I'm sure it takes a lot of time and creativity to invent a tune that is new, unique, and never been heard before. I have a lot of respect for that.
