Meet JD, 27, from New Braunfels, Texas
“I created the playlist back in college for our morning show on student radio at Texas A&M. We honestly hated the music they would force us to play during the breaks, so we played what we were jamming to at the time instead.”
Perfect situation(s) for jamming your playlist include:
Floating the river, hanging out on the lake, country concert pregame (basically any Hill Country summer activity)
What kind of music did you grow up listening to?
My dad always had George Strait or Garth Brooks on in his truck, and my mom would listen to 90's pop. Then I got an iPod and listened to just about everything.
What was the best concert you’ve ever attended and why?
I saw Ryan Bingham at Gruene Hall a few years back. It's such an intimate and historic venue. Seeing an absolute legend perform from just a few feet was borderline spiritual.
First concert you attended?
Pat Green at Gruene Hall
Last concert you attended?
Cody Johnson at Whitewater Amphitheater
