Meet Noelani, 27 years old from Windsor, Colorado.
“When I first made the playlist, I was super into like the law of attraction and visualizing what kind of life I wanted. Then, it turned into what songs motivated me most to get up and be the best version of myself. As I added more to the playlist, the more fuel it gave me to push through my darkest days.”

What is the soundtrack to your life?

Kehlani’s “You Should Be Here”. Why? Because it’s important in my life to remain in the present. In today’s world we are so set on having a life plan, and how things should be. Nobody ever pays attention to what’s happening now. That’s where you get to experience the best joys in life, and you should be here to experience it.

Favorite artist?

Snow Tha Product, she was the first artist that helped me discover myself and to live with a voice. She taught me how to speak my mind and tap into speaking from the heart. Knowing she has ADHD like I do just makes her that much relatable. She’s also a great human being in real life too!

If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)

Rezz, I’m seeing her next month at Red Rocks! Her visuals are amazing and it would be cool to be in her presence!

What is the best concert you have ever been to?

The most memorable show was Bassnectar at Decadance 2018! His set was truly one I’d never seen before!

Do you have a favorite quote?

“C’est La Vie”

Do you play any instruments? If not, any you would love to learn?

Nah, I’m too impatient. I do spit mad bars though!

Do you have a life slogan?

Trust your intuition.

What is the most annoying song in the world?

Most annoying, would be that one song about milkshakes bringing boys to the yard ... gross.

What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?

Music.

Music travels through wavelengths and energy. Energy is linked to emotions and sounds make us feel. Like when that certain note gives you the chills and your endorphins go ape shit. Music is like the hipster of history, it was cool before lyrics were even a thing.
