Meet Josh, a 25 year old Spotify playlist curator from Lewisburg, PA.
“When I was in college I had installed subwoofers in my Explorer and I thought I’d make a playlist of songs that would fit for myself. After around a year or so I thought I would share my playlist to the public because if I needed this then, I’m sure others would as well. ”
What is the soundtrack to your life?
There are many genres that play or have played a big impact on my life. Growing up I listened to primarily 70’s-90’s. Now a days it’s anything from 70’s-90’s, to Rock, Metal, Hip Hop, and epic music.
My favorite artist may come as a shocker because of the music I like but, Lindsey Stirling is hands down my favorite.
If you had the chance to interview an artist, who would it be? (Dead or alive)
I’d love to interview Bill Withers.
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
I think the best concert I saw was probably Buck Cherry because he played a new album that night that hadn’t been released.
Do you have a favorite quote?
With great power comes great responsibility - Stan Lee
Do you play any instruments? If not, any you would love to learn?
When I was in grade school I played the drum set.
Do you have a life slogan?
Design your own life!
What is the most annoying song in the world?
There is many in my opinion but, I would say Hello by Adele is up there.
What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?
I think both lyrics and music are important to me just depending on the genre I have on that day. I think if you listen to music from the 50’s to 90’s it could be the lyrics because a lot of those actually meant something. I do like the music part though on like epic music or songs that Lindsey Stirling plays because it’s relaxing and most don’t have lyrics.
