What’s more important to you? Music; or Lyrics? Why?
Great question! Depends I think on how I am interacting with the music. On a first listen, or without paying too much attention... and I think to 90% of people 90% of the time, music matters more. Groove and Melody - that's what Chris Sampson, Pop Music professor at USC says is most important. But those sometimes when I dig in, really listen, and connect with some lyrics... it feels like everything. So, uh... both?? Haha. Thanks for reading.
