“I made the playlist in 2014 when Nike was holding their Women's Half Marathon in San Francisco. I had been training to some pre-curated lists that were fine, but for the big event I was surprised Nike hadn't compiled some sort of playlist for people to use. I made my own and noticed tons of people subscribing to it. I've had some artists reach out to be featured on it but kept it to my own favorite pump up songs. Putting it on shuffle is the best and the perfect song seemed to come on every time I needed a little extra push.”
