“I'm a Construction Engineer in Northern California, where I grew up. I'm a big music guy and listen from anything from underground Rap to 60's country music. I spend most of my time at work, however I also like to play video games, basketball, golf, and volleyball in my spare time. I also really like to travel and hike when given the opportunity.”

When & why did you make your playlist?

2013 to compile all the popular rap

What kind of music did you grow up listening to?

EDM, Hip Hop, and Alternative Rock

What was the best concert you’ve ever attended?

Kendrick Lamar in Inglewood, CA. It was full of energy and he chose songs that were a mix of old and new to keep it interesting. Also featured a lot of different artists on his label like SZA, Schoolboy, and Isaiah Rashad

Last concert you attended?

Flosstradamus in San Luis Obispo

Who are your all-time favorite artists?

Ice Cube, Denzel Curry, XXXTENTACION - for different reasons.

-Ice Cube is one of the most OG hip hop artists and rappers and I think he encompasses the best of old school rap and g-funk.

-Denzel Curry is a newer artist who uses his own unique style and is so talented at doing so; he brings energy and life to dark subjects in music and society.

-XXXTENTACION is one of my favorites because he made music and spread his beliefs only for the reason of expressing himself not to make money; everything he produced was his own and completely unique.

Name one of your favorite albums of all time -

One of my favorite albums is B4.Da.$$ by Joey Bada$$. This was one of his breakout albums that I believe encompasses the unique style and talent of Joey. There is a huge diversity of songs and I could listen to every one over again. I will never get tired of this album.

Name a song(s) you have listened to on repeat –

Wet Dreamz by J. Cole is one of my favorite songs of all time and will never get old. I think it perfectly encapsulates a scene that the listener [can] imagine and relate to every time.

An interesting artist(s) you recently started listening to -

Ski Mask the Slump God is a recent artist who I've learned to enjoy and who I believe has huge potential to become great. I have yet to hear him really produce something that is true to himself and unique, but I believe that when it comes it will be great.
